Анотація
The publication explores management techniques in inclusive classrooms that will enable students to succeed. Actually, educators who want to become effective classroom teachers in inclusive classrooms should remember that the most effective teachers are those who are trained and address discipline issues in the classroom before disruptions occur. Planning and implementing early intervention strategies can help teachers create a learning climate in which there is trust and in which students believe they can learn. When this happens, classroom disruptions will decrease and learning for all students will decrease increase, regardless of whether they have been determined to need special services. У публікації досліджено технології управління в інклюзивному класі, які дозволять учням досягти успіху. Насправді, педагоги які бажають стати ефективними класними керівниками в інклюзивних класах, повинні пам'ятати, що найефективнішими є ті вчителі, які підготовлені та вирішують питання дисципліни в класі до того, як вона порушиться. Планування та реалізація технологій превентивного втручання може допомогти вчителям створити навчальний клімат в якому панує довіра і в якому учні вірять, що вони можуть вчитися. Коли це відбувається, кількість зривів у класі зменшиться, а навчання всіх учнів підвищиться, незалежно від того, чи були вони визначені як такі, що потребують спеціальних послуг, чи ні.
