Анотація
У публікації досліджено управління системою забезпечення якості освіти й освітньої діяльності в закладі вищої освіти. Уточнено суть ключових понять дослідження: «якість освіти», «якість освітньої діяльності ЗВО». Установлено, що особливості внутрішньої системи забезпечення якості освіти й управління нею в базовому ЗВО обумовлені внутрішньою культурою вишу, його місією, візією, традиціями, відповідною політикою якості й регламентовані нормативними документами Університету. Розроблено комплексно-цільову програму з удосконалення управління системою якості освіти й освітньої діяльності, яка розрахована на 5 років і має такі структурні компоненти, як мета, стратегічні напрями, очікувані результати, терміни, виконавці, план реалізації стратегічних завдань за п’ятьма напрямами. Доведено результативність упровадження комплексно-цільової програми за проміжними даними, отриманими після трьох років її реалізації. The publication examines the management of the system of quality assurance of education and educational activities in a higher education institution. The essence of the key concepts of the study is clarified: "quality of education", "quality of educational activity of a higher education institution". It is established that the peculiarities of the internal system of quality assurance and management of education in a basic higher education institution are determined by the internal culture of the university, its mission, vision, traditions, relevant quality policy and are regulated by the university's regulatory documents. A comprehensive and targeted programme for improving the management of the quality system of education and educational activities has been developed, which is designed for 5 years and has such structural components as the goal, strategic directions, expected results, deadlines, executors, and a plan for implementing strategic tasks in five areas. The author proves the effectiveness of the implementation of the comprehensive targeted programme based on interim data obtained after three years of its implementation.
