Анотація
Статтю присвячено дослідженню трендів глобалізації в сфері діджиталізації та диверсифікації сучасного освітнього простору. Розглянуто трактування термінів «діджиталізація» та «диверсифікація» різними вітчизняними і зарубіжними науковцями, а також наведено власні розуміння цих процесів. Встановлено, що діджиталізація та диверсифікація відкривають нові шляхи для персоналізованої підтримки та індивідуальних підходів, які враховують здібності, вподобання та широту наукових інтересів здобувачів освіти. Цифровий освітній простір сучасних закладів освіти сприяє навчанню у гнучкому мобільному форматі. Розглянуто основні переваги діджиталізації освіти. Встановлено, що завдяки діджиталізації освітній процес стає персоналізованим, доступним та гнучким. Це створює комфортні умови для самонавчання, ефективного розвитку та кар’єрного росту здобувачів освіти. Разом із тим, зазначено, що незважаючи на безумовні переваги діджиталізації освіти, існує й низка проблем, які заважають успішності цього процесу. Досліджено причини, що вплинули на виникнення диверсифікації освіти та зазначено, що така варіативність сприяє появі нової парадигми, удосконалює систему освіти, робить її більш гнучкою та здатною адаптуватися до сучасних умов, зумовлює появу педагогічних альтернатив, розвиток інтенсивних інноваційних пошуків. The article is devoted to the study of globalization trends in the field of digitization and diversification of the modern educational space. The article examines the interpretation of the terms "digitalization" and "diversification" by national and foreign scientists, as well as our understanding of these processes. We found out that the concept of"digitalization"is interpreted by scientists as the process of using, applying, transferring, and converting information into a digital format; system of data collection, storage, analysis, application of artificial intelligence; transformation of penetration of digital technologies, regarding the optimization of business processes and business models. It has been established that digitalization and diversification open up new ways of personalized support and individual approaches that take into account the abilities, preferences, and breadth of scientific interests of education seekers. The digital educational space of modern educational institutions promotes learning in a flexible mobile format. The main advantages of digitization of education are considered. It has been established that thanks to digitalization, the educational process becomes personalized, accessible, and flexible. This creates comfortable conditions for self‐study, effective development and career growth of future education seekers. At the same time, it was noted that despite the unconditional advantages of digitalization of education, there are a number of problems that hinder the success of this process. It was also noted that the domestic industry lags behind its global counterparts. Systemic underfunding, technical backwardness, lack of prestige of the teaching profession and other factors are indicated. The reasons that influenced the emergence of diversification of education were studied and it was noted that diversification contributes to the emergence of a new paradigm, improves the education system, makes it more flexible and able to adapt to modern conditions, causes the emergence of pedagogical alternatives, the development of intensive innovative searches.
