Анотація
У публікації досліджено інноваційний менеджмент в освіті. Інноваційний менеджмент являє собою стійку сукупність дій з визначення цілей розвитку закладу, обґрунтування та прийняття рішень щодо впровадження новацій, організації інноваційної діяльності, мотивації та стимулювання суб’єктів інноваційного процесу. Визначено задачі та функції інноваційного менеджменту. The publication examines innovation management in education. Innovation management is a sustainable set of actions to determine the goals of the institution's development, substantiation and decision-making on the introduction of innovations, organisation of innovation activities, motivation and stimulation of the subjects of the innovation process. The tasks and functions of innovation management are defined.
