Анотація
У статті описано один з напрямів лінгвопоетичних студій — вивчення потенційних можливостей частин мови, що в художньому тексті зреалізовують прагматичні функції образності, емоційності, експресії. Cхарактеризовано складну різнопланову взаємодію граматики й поетики числівника, особливості формування його прагматичного значення в поетичних творах В. Цибулька. Описано семантичні можливості числівника, смислопороджувальний заряд, що в поетичному мовленні завдяки креативності окремих мовних особистостей має здатність виявлятися надзвичайно розмаїто. Проаналізований матеріал свідчить, що числівник характеризується високою частотою уживаності, реалізує функції художніх засобів, є прецедентною одиницею, що своєрідно репрезентує інтертекстуальність.The relevance of the study lies in the special attention of linguists to the problems of linguistic units in poetic texts, including stylistic and semantic-pragmatic functions of the numeral, represented in the language of postmodern poet V. Tsybulko. The purpose of the study is to find out the role and place of the numeral, its pragmatic significance in the poetic speech of V. Tsybulko. The intended purpose includes the following tasks: to make a card index of the use of numerals in the writer’s verses; to set priorities in the use of cardinal numerals and prioritize the use of cardinal numerals and their derivatives; to find out the contextual semantics of the use of these words; to identify the pragmatic functions of numeral forms in the poetic text. Numeral forms and numeral derivatives belong to the frequently used units of V. Tsibulko’s poetic speech. They determine the uniqueness and originality of the world created by the master of the word. Along with the literary forms of the numeral, the author successfully uses colloquial and dialectal forms, represents occasional numeral derivatives. Analysis of the pragmatic functions of the numeral in the speech of the postmodern poet proves the great importance of the numeral in the creation of literary figures, new meanings, in the presentation of the author’s poetic idea. Based on the imagination, artistic thinking of native speakers, numeral and its derivatives can acquire figurative and symbolic meanings. The common opinion among linguistic stylistics that the numeral cannot perform the functions of literary figures is refuted, because metaphors, comparisons, and antitheses are formed on the basis of the numeral. The numeral can be in the position of a precedent sign, representing intertextuality in a peculiar way. Furthermore, the numeral is a means of creating a linguistic diversity that generates pragmatic meanings, expresses speech. The use of numeral forms in the poetic speech of the postmodernist is accompanied by the graphic separation.
