Удосконалення системи мотивації персоналу до впровадження інновацій

Abstract

У роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні напрацювання науковців із проблеми мотивації працівників до інноваційних впроваджень. Уточнено суть і структуру інновації, методи й засоби управління мотивацією персоналом, упорядковано діагностичний інструментарій вимірювання мотиваційного середовища закладу освіти. Розроблено комплексно-цільову програму з удосконалення системи мотивації персоналу до інноваційної діяльності. The paper investigates the theoretical and practical developments of scientists on the problem of motivating employees to innovate. The essence and structure of innovation, methods and means of personnel motivation management are specified, diagnostic tools for measuring the motivational environment of an educational institution are organized. A comprehensive and targeted program to improve the system of motivation for innovation has been developed.
