Анотація
Освіта вважається однією з найважливіших складових культури та людського життя загалом. Система освіти кожного суспільства формується відповідно до його особливостей і рівня соціально‐економічного розвитку. У статті аналізується проблема модернізації освіти та розвитку особистості в контексті сучасних цивілізаційних змін. Освіта відіграє надзвичайно важливу роль у світі, оскільки є ключовим фактором у розвитку суспільства та економіки, технологій та науки. Висвітлено фактори, що впливають на розвиток сучасної системи освіти, а також вимоги, які сучасна цивілізація ставить до особистості людини. Зокрема, розглядаються теми цифрової освіти, інноваційних підходів до навчання, креативності та критичного мислення, соціальної відповідальності та зміни підходів у педагогічній практиці. Здійснюється також аналіз вимог, які ставить сучасна цивілізація до особистості людини та системи освіти. Education is considered one of the most important components of culture and human life in general. The education system of each society is formed according to its character and level of socio‐economic development. This system reflects the problems and needs of society in a specific historical period, therefore its forms, content, and institutions have the property to transform. The article analyzes the problem of modernization of education and personality development in the context of modern civilizational changes. Education plays an extremely important role in the world, as it is a key factor in the development of society and economy, technology, and science. The factors affecting the development of the modern education system, as well as the requirements that modern civilization places on a person's personality, are highlighted. In particular, the topics of digital education, innovative approaches to learning, creativity and critical thinking, social responsibility, and changing approaches in pedagogical practice are considered. The main tasks of pedagogy in post‐industrial society are formulated in the article. An analysis of the requirements that modern civilization places on a person's personality and the education. system are also carried out. Aspects that directly affect the process of transformation of the teaching profession are identified, which include technological progress and the development of information technologies, humanization of the educational process, European integration, changing the role of the teacher in the learning process, and others. Of particular importance is the need to reorient modern teachers to a deep understanding of the new requirements for their professional activity, which are related to competitiveness. These requirements include the willingness to make the most of digital tools that help improve the effectiveness of the educational process, and the implementation of distance education innovations based on the new capabilities of digital technologies. The results of the research can be useful for teachers, scientists, students, and everyone who is interested in the problems of modern education.
