Психологічні особливості спрямованості у спілкуванні в юнацькому віці

Abstract

В роботі досліджується проблема особливостей спрямованості у спілкуванні в юнацькому віці, зокрема розглянуто конфліктність як окрему структурну одиницю у системі спілкування юнаків. В ході практичного дослідження визначено особливості прояву конфліктної спрямованості та внутрішнього конфлікту старшокласників, особливості прояву конфліктності, агресивності та авторитарності в структурі спілкування юнаків; виявлено особливості зв'язку між рівнем особистісної конфліктності із стилем конфліктної поведінки, особливості конфліктної спрямованості із рівнем внутрішнього конфлікту тощо. The problem of peculiarities of communication orientation in adolescence is investigated in the work, in particular conflict is considered as a separate structural unit in the system of communication of young people. In the course of the practical research the peculiarities of the manifestation of conflict orientation and internal conflict of high school students, the peculiarities of the manifestation of conflict, aggression and authoritarianism in the structure of communication of young people were determined; the peculiarities of the connection between the level of personal conflict with the style of conflict behavior, the peculiarities of conflict orientation with the level of internal conflict, etc. are revealed.
