ПЕДАГОГІКА ПАРТНЕРСТВА ЯК ЗАСІБ ФОРМУВАННЯ ОСОБИСТОСТІ МОЛОДШОГО ШКОЛЯРА В ОСВІТНЬОМУ ПРОЦЕСІ ПОЧАТКОВОЇ ШКОЛИ

Анотація
Як відомо, педагогіка партнерства акцентує увагу школи на цілісному розвитку особистості кожної дитини. У цьому контексті проголошується прагнення пробудити внутрішні сили і здібності дитини та максимально використати їх для повноцінного розвитку. Стосунки між вчителем і учнем на засадах педагогіки партнерства побудовані таким чином, щоб дати дітям нову внутрішню мотивацію до навчання та залучити їх до спільної роботи і творчої взаємодії вчителя й учня, спрямованої на оволодіння навчальними предметами. Тільки тісна співпраця між учнями, вчителями та батьками сприяє формуванню особистісних характеристик і моральних якостей дітей у сучасній школі в умовах оновлення змісту загальної освіти. Випускна кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, двох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел та додатків. У першому розділі наведено теоретичні аспекти формування особистості молодших школярів засобами педагогіки партнерства: охарактеризовано процес формування особистості в освітньому процесі початкової школи як педагогічну проблему; розкрито можливості педагогіки партнерства під час дистанційного навчання молодших школярів; визначено педагогічні умови формування особистості молодших школярів засобами педагогіки партнерства. У другому розділі наведено результати дослідно-експериментальної роботи щодо формування особистості молодших школярів засобами педагогіки партнерства: наведено методику організації та проведення дослідно-експериментальної роботи з формування особистості молодших школярів засобами педагогіки партнерства; проведено аналіз результатів дослідно-експериментальної роботи. У процесі дослідження ними було визначено педагогічні умови формування особистості молодших школярів засобами педагогіки партнерства. Першою педагогічною умовою є створення сприятливого середовища, в якому панують взаємовідносини поваги та співробітництва між вчителем та учнями, що є одним із ключових елементів успішного впровадження педагогіки партнерства. Другою педагогічною умовою виступає активна взаємодія батьків зі школою та їх активне залучення до навчального процесу, що допоможе створити сприятливі умови для розвитку особистості учнів. Третьою умовою є застосування ефективних методів оцінювання та відстеження прогресу у формуванні мотивації учнів до навчання та створення сприятливої атмосфери для активного засвоєння знань. У висновках доведено, що виявлені педагогічні умови, які спрямовані на активну взаємодію, співпрацю та індивідуалізацію, мають великий потенціал у формуванні особистості молодших школярів засобами педагогіки партнерства. Ці умови забезпечують глибше розуміння навчального матеріалу, розвиток соціального навичок та підготовку учнів до активної участі в сучасному суспільстві. As you know, partnership pedagogy emphasizes the school's attention on the integral development of each child's personality. In this context, the desire to awaken the child's inner strengths and abilities and to use them to the fullest for full-fledged development is proclaimed. The relationship between the teacher and the student on the basis of partnership pedagogy is built in such a way as to give children a new internal motivation for learning and involve them in joint work and creative interaction between the teacher and the student aimed at mastering educational subjects. Only close cooperation between students, teachers and parents contributes to the formation of personal characteristics and moral qualities of children in a modern school in the conditions of updating the content of general education. The graduation thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusions, a list of used sources and appendices. In the first section, the theoretical aspects of the formation of the personality of younger schoolchildren by means of partnership pedagogy are given: the process of personality formation in the educational process of primary school is characterized as a pedagogical problem; the possibilities of partnership pedagogy during distance learning of junior high school students are revealed; Pedagogical conditions for the formation of the personality of younger schoolchildren by means of partnership pedagogy are determined. In the second chapter, the results of the research and experimental work on the formation of the personality of junior high school students by means of partnership pedagogy are given: the methodology of the organization and conduct of research and experimental work on the formation of the personality of junior school students by means of partnership pedagogy is given; the analysis of the results of research and experimental work was carried out. In the process of research, they determined the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the personality of younger schoolchildren by means of partnership pedagogy. The first pedagogical condition is the creation of a favorable environment in which mutual respect and cooperation between the teacher and students prevail, which is one of the key elements of the successful implementation of partnership pedagogy. The second pedagogical condition is the active interaction of parents with the school and their active involvement in the educational process, which will help create favorable conditions for the development of the personality of students. The third condition is the use of effective evaluation methods and progress tracking in the formation of students' motivation to study and the creation of a favorable atmosphere for active knowledge acquisition. The conclusions prove that the identified pedagogical conditions, which are aimed at active interaction, cooperation and individualization, have great potential in forming the personality of younger schoolchildren by means of partnership pedagogy. These conditions ensure a deeper understanding of the educational material, the development of social skills and the preparation of students for active participation in modern society.
