dc.description.abstractУ кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено антропогенне навантаження на вид-індикатор Cichorium intybus L. Проведено індикаційну оцінку екотопів Донбасу з різним антропогенним навантаженням на прикладі виду-індикатора Cichorium intybus L., на її підставі проведено біоіндикаційну експертизу. Подібні дослідження вперше регіонально апробовано для Cichorium intybus L. та доведено індикаторну здатність виду в умовах теногенних екотопів м. Дружківки. Показано які зустрічаються аномалії у вегетативній та генеративній сфері Cichorium intybus L. в різних місцях зростання. Доведено комплексний вплив антропогенних факторів на формування структур пагоноутворення, листового апарату, плодів та ембріональних характеристик Cichorium intybus L. в різних оніторингових точках, що раніше не проводили в данному регіоні. Запропоновано спектр найбільш перспективних індикаторних характеристик вида, котрий може бути використаний в комплексній системі мониторинга та оцінкі стану єкосистем в промисловій зоні. The qualification work investigates the anthropogenic load on the indicator species Cichorium intybus L. An indicative assessment of Donbas ecotopes with different anthropogenic load was carried out using the example of the indicator species Cichorium intybus L., and a bioindicative examination was carried out on its basis. Such studies have been regionally tested for Cichorium intybus L. for the first time and the indicator capacity of the species in the conditions of tenogenic ecotopes of Druzhkivka has been proved. The abnormalities in the vegetative and generative spheres of Cichorium intybus L. in different habitats are shown. The complex influence of anthropogenic factors on the formation of shoot formation structures, leaf apparatus, fruits and embryonic characteristics of Cichorium intybus L. in different monitoring points, which has not been previously carried out in this region, was proved. The spectrum of the most promising indicator characteristics of the species, which can be used in a comprehensive system of monitoring and assessment of the state of ecosystems in the industrial zone, has been proposed.
