dc.description.abstractУ публікації досліджено систему діяльності закладу загальної середньої освіти з обдарованими та здібними учнями. Визначено напрямки цієї роботи, запропоновано програму «Обдаровані діти» основною метою якої є створення умов для віднаходження, підтримування, навчання, виховання та розвитку особистісних нахилів обдарованих дітей, а також у створенні умов, що сприяють формуванню та максимальній реалізації творчих здібностей у різних галузях науки та мистецтва. The publication examines the system of work of general secondary education institutions with gifted and talented students. The directions of this work are defined, the programme "Gifted Children" is proposed, the main purpose of which is to create conditions for finding, supporting, training, education and development of personal inclinations of gifted children, as well as to create conditions that promote the formation and maximum realisation of creative abilities in various fields of science and art.
