dc.description.abstractThe article establishes the essence of the category "European administrative space" and determine the directions of implementation of its principles in Ukraine. Understanding the category "European Administrative Space" as a system of standards and principles for determining the effectiveness of public administration, aimed at implementing and protecting human rights and freedoms, building a service model of the state, achieving a balance of private and public interests. The concept of "European administrative space" is defined, the factors and sources of its formation are determined. The history of the origin of the concept of "European administrative space" is studied. Existing views on the emergence of the concept of "European administrative space" are considered. The concepts and principles of European administrative law are considered, the necessity of carrying out of domestic researches of problems of introduction in national and law-making practice of requirements of the specified principles taking into account domestic administrative traditions is defined. У статті з'ясовано сутність категорії "європейський адміністративний простір" та визначено напрями формування його принципів в Україні. Розглянуто розуміння категорії "європейський адміністративний простір" як системи стандартів та принципів визначення ефективності державного управління, спрямованих на реалізацію та захист прав і свобод людини, побудову сервісної моделі держави, досягнення балансу приватних і публічних інтересів. Визначено поняття "європейський адміністративний простір", чинники та джерела його формування. Досліджено історію виникнення поняття "європейський адміністративний простір". Розглянуто поняття та принципи європейського адміністративного права, обґрунтовано необхідність проведення вітчизняних досліджень проблем імплементації в національну та правотворчу практику вимог зазначених принципів з урахуванням вітчизняних адміністративних традицій.uk_UA.UTF-8
