dc.description.abstractПрофесійна група домашніх учительок складалася з представниць різних станів, зокрема, духовного. Станова належність впливала на особливості життєвих стратегій та повсякденних практик цієї групи, визначала необхідність жіночої освіти. Випускниці єпархіальних училищ походили з соціально вразливої частини духовенства. Представниці професійної групи домашніх учительок працювали в різних навчальних закладах. Найбільша кількість була зосереджена у місцях підготовки, зокрема, в Єпархіальних училищах, де вони виконували обов’язки викладачок, виховательок та помічниць виховательок. Для характеристики становища домашніх учительок у жіночих закладах освіти Духовного відомства важливо визначити трудову та професійну мобільність. Навчальні заклади мали внутрішнє кадрове забезпечення, домашні учительки тривалий час працювали в училищі. Тривалість педагогічного стажу була характерною рисою діяльності домашніх учительок була характерною рисою в жіночих училищах Духовного відомства. The professional group of private teachers consisted of different classes representatives, spiritual one in particular. The class affiliation influenced the characteristics of the life strategies and daily practices of this group, determined the need for female education. The graduates of diocesan schools came from a socially vulnerable part of the priesthood. These girls were from large families with a low-income, some of them were orphans. Obtaining a certificate provided them with employment opportunities. The educational training received in the Diocesan schools was implemented in primary schools of different conformations. The professional mobility was low – the teachers rarely tended to improve their professional level, also female teachers rarely tried to change the place of employment. The governesses were considered as the most mobile part of the staff. Former graduates either arranged a personal life or found another job. There were movements within the educational institution, as well as outside the diocese. The professional level of the private teachers provided an opportunity for women to occupy leadership positions. In the private teachers of the spiritual class-community, the women leading the diocesan schools played a significant role. Specific episodes of their behavior and the public perception make it possible to understand the life strategies and everyday practices of the leaders of secondary feminine spiritual based institutions. The private teaching professional group representatives worked in different educational institutions. The largest number was concentrated in places of training, particularly in the Diocesan schools where they discharged the duties of teachers, governesses and assistant governesses. It is important to define both labor and professional mobility in order to characterize the position of private teachers in feminine spiritual based educational institutions. Despite the educational institutions had internal staffing, private teachers worked at the school as well for a long time. The length of the teaching experience was a characteristic feature of the activities of private teachers in the feminine schools of the Spiritual Institution.uk_UA.UTF-8
