dc.description.abstractМорфофункціональна організація травної системи Chlidonias вивчена не достаньо. Матеріалом для досліджень були травні системи 5 особин Chlidonias niger (Linnaeus, 1758) та 5 особин Chlidonias leucopterus (Temminck, 1815), які загинули під час весняного прольоту в Азово-Чорноморському регіоні навесні 2012 р. Морфометрію відділів травного тракту, дослідження макрорельєфу внутрішньої поверхні кишечнику та гістологічну будову стінки травної трубки проводили за загальноприйнятими методиками. Дослідження травної системи C. niger та C. leucopterus показали, що вона має типову для комахоїдних птахів будову, яка, в цілому, відповідає будові травного тракту птахів ряду Сивкоподібні (Charadriiformes) (Ликова, 2016). Стравохід має вигляд прямої трубки, воло чи волоподібне розширення відсутні. Гістологічні дослідження показали, що стінка стравоходу складається зі слизової, м’язової та серозної оболонок. Шлунок C. niger та C. leucopterus має еліпсоподібну форму, складається із залозистого і м’язового відділів. М’язовий шлунок має добре розвинені стінки, товщина яких складає 0,7-0,9 мм. Внутрішня поверхня стінки м’язового шлунка вистелена шаром щільної кутикули, що сприяє механічній обробці корму. Макро-мікроскопічні дослідження рельєфу слизової оболонки кишечнику C. niger та C. leucopterus показали, що рельєф має складну пластинчасту архітектоніку. Задній відділ кишечнику представлений сліпими і прямою кишками. Пряма кишка C. niger та C. leucopterus представлена короткою трубкою, не утворює петель. Печінка Chlidonias має відносно великі розміри. The morphofunctional organization of the digestive system of Chlidonias has not been sufficiently studied. The material for research was the digestive systems of 5 individuals of Chlidonias niger (Linnaeus, 1758) and 5 individuals of Chlidonias leucopterus (Temminck, 1815), which died during the spring flight in the Azov-Black Sea region in the spring of 2012. Morphometry of the parts of the digestive tract, study of the macrorelief of the inner surface intestines and the histological structure of the wall of the digestive tube were performed according to generally accepted methods. Studies of the digestive system of C. niger and C. leucopterus showed that it has a typical structure for insectivorous birds, which, in general, corresponds to the structure of the digestive tract of birds of the Charadriiformes order (Lykova, 2016). Esophagus has the form of a straight tube, there are no vulvo or vulvo-like extensions. Histological studies showed that the wall of the esophagus consists of mucous, muscular and serous membranes. The stomach of C. niger and C. leucopterus has an elliptical shape, consists of glandular and muscular parts. The muscular stomach has well-developed walls, the thickness of which is 0.7-0.9 mm. The inner surface of the wall of the muscular stomach is lined with a layer of dense cuticle, which facilitates the mechanical processing of feed. Macro-microscopic studies of the relief of the intestinal mucosa of C. niger and C. leucopterus showed that the relief has a complex lamellar architectonics. The back part of the intestine is represented by the cecum and rectum. The rectum of C. niger and C. leucopterus is represented by a short tube, does not form loops. The liver of Chlidonias is relatively large.uk_UA.UTF-8
