dc.description.abstractПроаналізовано стан проблеми на підставі даних медичних карток та анкетування щодо оцінки самопочуття студенток професійного ліцею будівництва і комунального господарства. У дослідженні взяли участь 30 студенток 1-3 курсів у віці 15-18 років, які навчаються за професією секретар керівника; оператор комп’ютерного набору. Встановлено, що за три роки навчання, оцінка самопочуття студенток знижується більш ніж у два-три рази, а в деяких випадках і більше. Вразливою групою ризику є студентки третього курсу, а найбільш розповсюджені скарги, пов’язані з патологією хребта. Обґрунтовано необхідність впровадження оздоровчої гімнастики з урахуванням визначеної патології та груп ризику. Проанализировано состояние проблемы на основании данных медицинских карт и анкетирования относительно оценки самочувствия студенток профессионального лицея строительства и коммунального хозяйства. В исследовании приняли участие 30 студенток 1-3 курсов в возрасте 15-18 лет, обучающихся по профессии секретарь руководителя; оператор компьютерного набора. Установлено, что за три года обучения, оценка самочувствия студенток снижается более чем в два-три раза, а в некоторых случаях и больше. Уязвимой группой риска являются студентки третьего курса, а наиболее распространенные жалобы, связанные с патологией позвоночника. Обоснована необходимость внедрения оздоровительной гимнастики с учетом определенной патологии и групп риска. In this paper the state of the problem is analyzed, the analysis of medical records of female students of professional lyceum of construction and community facilities. A health ssessment questionnaire of 30 students of I-IV classes aged 15-18 years enrolled in profession of personal assistant profession and computer operator. Established that the transition from the first to the third class, student’s health is deteriorating more than twice, and in some cases more than three times. Forced posture, incorrect working posture, prolonged tasks, including outside the classroom, contribute to the malfunction of the spine and cause serious diseases. The group found the risk of spine pathology for the organization of recreational aerobics classes. Analysis of the complaints of female students by their frequency made it possible to divide 20 varieties of deterioration of health associated with the pathology of the spine into three groups. First: headache, back pain and neck pain; Two: irritability, blurred vision and increased fatigue; Three: rarely presented complaints. The training set different dynamics of complaints associated with disorders of the spine. Changes in health during three years of study indicate a significant increase of complaints in the first group. In the transition from junior to senior class of study, students of the Lyceum have almost twice more back pain and neck troubles and more than three times more frequent headaches. According to the educational process of high school students and the availability of complaints regarding the functioning of the spine revealed that the most vulnerable group is studying the third year of study. Detachment of this group is justified for this technical educational establishment and during reasonable health programs of fit-ball aerobics will help to improve health of female students.uk_UA.UTF-8
