Анотація
У розділі проаналізовано поняття: «професійна компетентність» та «загальні компетентності». Розглянуто, яким чином загальні компетентності можуть бути сформовані через застосування відповідних змісту, методів і форм навчання у закладі вищої освіти. Відзначено, що загальні компетентності вимагають не тільки знання основ професій, а й творчого мислення, креативності, життєвих вмінь та навичок. The concept of «professional competence» and «general competences» are analyzed in the section. The way of forming of general competences by using of suitable content, methods and forms of education in the instition of higher learning is considered as well. It is noted, that the general competences require not only knowledge of the basics of the profession, but creative thinking, creativity, life skills and experience too. For the purpose of forming the above-mentioned competences such provisions for organizing exercises in a higher educational institution are intended:
1. The learning process should be focused on the formation of creativity and creative thinking, life skills.
2. The learning process should be educating one.
3. The training should simulate the real conditions of professional activity and focus on the multidisciplinary environment and multiculturalism, it should morally and academically well-behaved by all its participants.
All of these findings resonate with the law on higher education of Ukraine and konkretisiert it. Among the disclosed methods and forms of learning that can contribute to the formation of General competences, the priority is independent work of students and heuristic teaching methods. Competence-based approach requires support in training for the professional duties and professional tasks of the future social pedagogues. Therefore, formation of General competences of the future social pedagogues. in the institution of higher education is relevant in the context of the new requirements for the development of educational programs and possible under certain conditions the content of education and appropriate ensure training of modern teachers. Formation of general competences of future social pedagogues in the light of new demands concerning educational programs elaboration.
