Анотація
Дисертацію присвячено дослідженню семантико-стилістичних особливостей
займенників у мові інтимної лірики другої половини ХХ – початку ХХІ ст. як
періоду оновлення української поетичної картини світу з опертям на мовнолітературні традиції, де прономінативам відведена особлива роль носія
«безіменності» – характерної риси цього ліричного жанру. Описано проблеми, яких торкалися науковці, досліджуючи семантику займенника, окреслено основні
художньо-семантичні моделі займенників як смислові конструкти, усталені в
текстах інтимної лірики, визначено характер художньо-семантичного наповнення
займенника в текстах інтимної лірики, виявлено поширені в українській інтимній
поезії зазначеного періоду стилістеми із структурно-смисловою домінантою –
займенником, зʼясовано роль прономінативів у стилістичному моделюванні

The thesis is devoted to the research of the pronouns use in the language of intimate
lyrics of the second half of the XXth – the beginning of the XXIst centuries – the period of
the Ukrainian poetic world view renewal. The analysis bases on linguistic and literary
traditions, where pronominates are assigned a special role of the bearer of "namelessness"
– a definitive feature of this lyrical genre.
The research is carried out in up-to-date scientific paradigm that covers the
problems of linguistic poetics with the emphasis on the pragmatic potential of grammatical
language units. These problems, including the ones related to the functioning of
nominatives, have been covered in a number of researches of Ukrainian and other
languages, but the complex and comprehensive investigation of artistic semantics, stylistic
capacity and significance of pronouns in Ukrainian intimate poetry has not been done yet.
The scientific novelty of the thesis is that it is a first attempt to study the artistic
capacity of the grammatical class of words – pronouns – in the language of intimate lyrics in
Ukrainian linguistics: to outline the artistic semantics of pronouns of different groups in
intimate lyrics, to identify common stylestemes with a pronoun as a structural and semantic
dominant in the Ukrainian intimate poetry of this period, to clarify the role of prominatives
in the stylistic modeling of the Ukrainian poetic map. The work actualizes one of the
modern trends in lingual-poetic studies – the analysis of the potential capacity of certain
parts of speech (imagery, emotionality, expressiveness), which act as pragmatic markers in a
literary text.
The first part discusses the problems of determining the pronoun part of speech
status and generalizes meanings of pronominatives of different groups.
In modern linguistics, the problem of the status of the pronoun as a part of speech
remains debatable. After getting acquainted with the views of Ukrainian and foreign
researchers, we interpret the pronoun (prominative) as a separate part of speech of unique
nature, marked by semantic originality and heterogenious grammatical categories and
syntactic functions.
It is emphasized that the pronominatives are characterized by semantic and
functional diversity. Paying attention to the fact that semantics of the studied units
determines their functional specificity, the scientists single out substitutional, deictic,
anaphoric / cataphoric functions of pronouns and describe them as a means of expressing
emotional attitude and representing culturally significant information,.
In the second part of the thesis, the main artistic and semantic models of pronouns
as semantic constructs established in the texts of intimate lyrics are outlined. Attention is
focused on the semantic transformation of language units in poetic discourse. In
intimate poetry, pronominatives function as a means of expressing implicit meanings
that not only represent the hidden meaning, but also play an important role in revealing
the idea of the poem.
Lyrical texts are saturated primarily with personal pronouns, marked by
autosemantic use, though their use in the language of intimate poetry reveals theirexpressive functional semantization, which is manifested in the formation of typical
models of relations between lyrical characters.
The third part focuses on the stylistic potential of pronominatives. It is proved
that personal pronouns I, YOU (2nd person singular), WE, YOU (2nd person plural) and
their corresponding possessives as a universal of intimate lyrics, around which the text
of the poem is built, form the centre and dominate in a number of stylistic figures, and
can act as independent stylestemes.
The thesis reveals the broad semantic and stylistic capacity of pronominatives in
Ukrainian intimate lyrics. The map of Ukrainian poets’ artistic-linguistic thinking is
represented by certain pronominative models of linguistic-stylistic (formal-semantic)
reproduction of the sensory sphere, which testifies to the longevity of linguistic-poetic
traditions within the Ukrainian intimate narrative, which appears as an integral artistic
representation of the world.
