| dc.description.abstract | У роботі розкрито сутність поняття іміджу особистості та з’ясовано особливості професійного іміджу вчителя; визначено умови та засоби формування іміджу вчителя під час його педагогічної діяльності в закладі освіти; розроблено комплексно-цільову програму з управління процесом формування іміджу вчителя на засадах емпіричного дослідження у базовій школі; здійснено експертизу комплексно-цільової програми та розроблено рекомендації щодо її ефективного впровадження. The essence of the concept of personality image is revealed in the work and the peculiarities of the teacher’s professional image are clarified; the conditions and means of forming the image of the teacher during his pedagogical activity in the educational institution are determined; developed a comprehensive and targeted program to manage the process of forming the image of the teacher on the basis of empirical research in primary school; the examination of the complex-target program was carried out and recommendations for its effective implementation were developed. | uk_UA.UTF-8 |
