dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто основні аспекти впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освітній процес закладів вищої освіти Китайської Народної Республіки. Визначено зв’язок використання інформаційнокомунікаційних технологій при отриманні компетенцій навчання упродовж всього життя: пошук інформації, її обробка та використання. Представлено основні етапи впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у процес навчання закладів освіти Китайської Народної Республіки, через прийняття нормативно-правових актів та планів розвитку цифрових технологій як запоруки зростання економіки та покращення ефективності роботи з інформаційно-цифровими ресурсами. Виділено чотири основних напрями розбудови процесу впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в освітній процес закладів освіти: розробка загальної стратегії, розроблення основних завдань, створення та поширення якісних цифрових освітніх ресурсів, заходи з захисту інформації та громадян у цифровому просторі. Проаналізовано рівень підтримки центральними органами влади процесу цифровізації освітнього середовища закладів освіти Китайської Народної Респубілики. Констатовано збільшення підтримки держави в процесі подолання цифрової нерівності між великими містами та їх закладами освіти й регіональними закладами вищої освіти. Представлено різні аспекти використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у процесі навчання на прикладі цифровізації процесів вивчення ієрогліфічної писемності, де інформаційно-комунікаційні технології виступають засобом підвищення наочності та динаміки навчання. Крім того, були підставлено дослідження провідних китайських учених щодо впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у закладах вищої медичної освіти Китайської Народної Республіки та проаналізовано рекомендації викладання курсів інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій для НПП. The article considers the main aspects of the introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions of the People’s Republic of China. The connection between the use of information and communication technologies in the acquisition of lifelong learning competencies is determined: the search for information, its processing and use. The main stages of implementation of information and communication technologies in the educational process of educational institutions of the People’s Republic of China are presented, through the adoption of regulations and plans for the development of digital technologies as a guarantee of economic growth and improving the efficiency of information and digital resources. Highlighted four main directions of the development of the process of introducing information and communication technologies into the educational process of educational institutions: the development of a general strategy, the development of basic tasks, the creation and dissemination of high-quality digital educational resources, measures to protect information and citizens in the digital space. The level of support by the central authorities of the process of digitalization of the educational environment of educational institutions of the People’s Republic of China is analyzed. Noted an increase in government support in the process of overcoming the digital divide between large cities and their educational institutions and regional universities. Various aspects of the use of information and communication technologies in the learning process are presented on the example of digitalization of the processes of studying hieroglyphic writing, where information and communication technologies act as a means of increasing the visibility and dynamics of learning. In addition, studies by leading Chinese scientists on the implementation of information and communication technologies in higher medical education institutions of the People’s Republic of China were substituted and their recommendations for teaching information and communication technology courses for lecturers were analyzed.uk_UA.UTF-8
