dc.description.abstractThe results of the macro-micromorphological structure of the digestive system of the waders are presented, comparative analysis with the migrants of the Aves series. It has been established that the digestive system of waders at the anatomical level has a universal structure characteristic of the representatives of the class Aves. As a result of histological studies of the structure of the digestive tract, it has been established that the peculiarity of the wall of the small intestine of the waders is the multilayered arrangement of the crypt in its own plate of the mucous membrane throughout its length. High proliferative capacity of carbide crypt cells and their multilayered arrangement provide high secretory and regenerative activity of enterocytes, which helps to restore the mucous membrane and intensify the digestive processes, especially during the active feeding of the waders at the migration stop.Наведені результати макро-мікроморфологічної будови травної системи куликів, порівняльний аналіз з мігрантами рядів класу Aves. Установлено, що травна система куликів на анатомічному рівні має універсальну будову, характерну для представників класу Aves. У результаті гістологічних досліджень будови травного тракту установлено, що особливістю стінки тонкого кишечнику куликів є багатошарове розташування крипт у власній пластинці слизової оболонки по всій його довжині. Висока проліфераційна здатність камбіальних клітин крипт і їх багатошарове розташування забезпечують високу секреторну і регенераційну активність ентероцитів, що сприяє відновленню слизової оболонки та інтенсифікації процесів травлення, особливо під час активного живлення куликів на міграційній зупинці.uk_UA.UTF-8
