dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна робота присвячена «політиці реформ і відкритості» в КНР (1978-1997) та її впливу на подальшу модернізацію країни на межі ХХ ‒ ХХІ ст. Автором проаналізовано основні етапи становлення Ден Сяопіна як політика та державного діяча, визначено його роль в історії КНР. Розкрито причини, основні напрямки реформаторського курсу Ден Сяопіна та визначено особливості реформ. Проаналізовано реформи у різних сферах розвитку Китаю (промисловість, сільське господарство, армія, освіта і культура), визначено роль конфуціанського чинника. З’ясовано особливості трансформації китайського суспільства внаслідок «політики реформ і відкритості». Приділено увагу вирішенню питань національного суверенітету над колишніми колоніальними анклавами ‒ Гонконгом (Сянган) і Макао (Аоминь), визначено складність вирішення «тайванського питання». За результатами дослідження зроблені такі висновки. Значні успіхи, досягнуті Китаєм за останню чверть ХХ ‒ на початку ХХІ ст., виявилися в піднесенні економіки і життєвого рівня населення, розвитку науки і техніки, освіти і культури. Змішаний тип економіки привів до трансформації КНР з аграрної в індустріальну державу, що дозволило на початку ХХІ ст. перейти до наступного етапу розвитку, де рушійною силою стане галузь послуг. Унікальний досвід «політики реформ та відкритості», економічної модернізації Китаю не втрачає актуальності для України як з точки зору аналізу факторів успішності моделі соціально-економічного розвитку, так і в плані інтелектуально-філософської підтримки трансформаційних процесів. The qualification work is devoted to the «policy of reforms and openness» in the People's Republic of China (1978-1997) and its influence on the further modernization of the country at the turn of the ХХth ‒ ХХІst centuries. The author analyzed the main stages of Deng Xiaoping's development as a politician and statesman, and determined his role in the history of the People's Republic of China. The reasons, the main directions of Deng Xiaoping's reform course are revealed, and the features of the reforms are determined. Reforms in various spheres of China's development (industry, agriculture, army, education and culture) are analyzed, and the role of the Confucian factor is determined. The peculiarities of the transformation of Chinese society as a result of the «policy of reforms and openness» have been clarified. Attention is paid to solving issues of national sovereignty over the former colonial enclaves ‒ Hong Kong (Syangang) and Macao (Aomin), the difficulty of solving the «Taiwan question» is determined. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were drawn. The significant successes achieved by China during the last quarter of the ХХth century and the beginning of the ХХІst century were manifested in the rise of the economy and the standard of living of the population, the development of science and technology, education and culture. The mixed type of economy led to the transformation of the People's Republic of China from an agrarian to an industrial state, which allowed at the beginning of the ХХІst century to move to the next stage of development, where the service industry will become the driving force. The unique experience of the «policy of reforms and openness», economic modernization of China does not lose its relevance for Ukraine, both from the point of view of analyzing the success factors of the model of socio-economic development, and in terms of intellectual and philosophical support of transformational processes.
