dc.description.abstractУ даній роботі представлено аналіз теоретичних засад і досвіду командотворення в науково-педагогічній діяльності викладача закладу вищої освіти. Успішність педагогічної діяльності викладача закладу вищої освіти залежить від його професійної компетентності, педагогічної майстерності, уміння будувати взаємини з оточенням (учасниками освітнього процесу). Успішна педагогічна команда закладу вищої освіти є одним із засобів досягнення успіху в освітній діяльності, забезпечення його конкурентоспроможності та продуктивності і формування позитивного іміджу закладу вищої освіти. З цієї точки зору важливим є вивчення питань розвитку у викладачів закладів вищої освіти знань, умінь і навичок командотворення, що сприятиме формуванню гармонійних стосунків між учасниками освітнього процесу, позитивної емоційної атмосфери в колективі, підвищенню рівня педагогічної майстерності і культури викладачів та їх успішній професійній діяльності і самореалізації. Випускна кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, двох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел та додатків. У першому розділі визначено суть і ознаки команди та принципи командотворення в науково-педагогічній діяльності викладача закладу вищої освіти; уточнено суть та висвітлено особливості науково-педагогічної діяльності викладача закладу вищої освіти. У другому розділі розкрито стадії розвитку команди в закладі вищої освіти та моделі командотворення; визначено зміст, форми та методи командотворення в науково-педагогічній діяльності викладача закладу вищої освіти. У висновках доведено, що для здійснення успішної та продуктивної педагогічної діяльності викладач ЗВО має орієнтуватися на принципи командотворення, володіти різноманітними знаннями, уміннями, навичками, цінностями і досвідом з питань командотворення, а також впроваджувати педагогічно доцільні форми і методи командотворення (тренінги; брифінг; форуми; семінари-практикуми; діалогічно-дискусійні методи; позитивний приклад; колаборативні методи; вправи; ігрові методи; прес-метод; методи ситуаційного навчання; метод ідеї тендера; проєктні методи; фасилітативні методи; презентації команди; використання моделі SMART при організації командної роботи; прийоми емпатії; прийоми продуктивного зворотного зв’язку тощо). This work presents an analysis of the theoretical foundations and experience in team building in the scientific and pedagogical activity of a lecturer at a higher educational institution. The success of the teaching activity of a teacher at a higher educational institution depends on his professional competence and pedagogical skill, the ability to form relationships with the environment (participants in the educational process). A successful pedagogical team of a higher educational institution is one of the means of achieving success in educational activities, ensuring its competitiveness and productivity, and forming a positive image of a higher educational institution. From this point of view, it is important to study the issues of the development of lecturers’ team building knowledge, skills and abilities, which contributes to the formation of harmonious relations between the participants of the educational process, a positive emotional atmosphere in the team, an increase in the level of lecturers’ pedagogical skill and culture and their successful professional activity and self-realization. MA thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusions, references and appendices. In the first chapter, the essence and characteristics of a team and the principles of team building in the scientific and pedagogical activity of a teacher of a higher educational institution are determined; the essence and features of lecturer’s scientific and pedagogical activity in a higher educational institution are clarified. In the second chapter, the stages of team building in a higher educational institution and team building models are revealed; the content, forms and methods of team building in lecturer’s scientific and pedagogical activity in higher educational institution are revealed. In the conclusions, it is proved that in order to carry out successful and productive pedagogical activity, a lecturer of higher educational institution should focus on the principles of team building, possesses a variety of knowledge, abilities, skills, values and experience in team building, as well as implement pedagogically appropriate forms and methods of team building (trainings, briefings, forums; seminars-workshops; dialogic-discussion methods; positive example; collaborative methods; exercises; game methods; press method; situational learning methods; tender idea method; project methods; facilitative methods; team presentations; use of the SMART model when organizing teamwork; techniques of empathy, techniques of productive feedback, etc.).
