| dc.description.abstract | Дослідження присвячено розгляду історичного зародження та розвитку судової системи в Україні у другій половині XIX-XXI ст. Залучено і проаналізовано широке коло джерел і літератури з даної проблеми. Охарактеризовано умови і етапи зародження та становлення судочинства на теренах українських земель. Розглянуто основні ознаки судової системи Київської Русі, Литви, Польщі та Речі Посполитої, Запорізької Січі, Гетьманщини. Хронологічні рамки визначені з урахуванням найбільш важливих перетворень в історії України та еволюцію судочинства, яке завдяки реформам у другій половині ХІХ ст. та в теперішній час стає сучасним, ефективним і відповідає найкращим європейським зразкам. З іншого боку контрреформи царського уряду кінця ХІХ ст., радянська судова система призводила до кризи і регресу в сфері судочинства. Доведено визначну роль судової системи для ефективного існування України як незалежної, демократичної країни. The study is devoted to the consideration of the historical origin and development of the judicial system in Ukraine in the second half of the XIX-XXI centuries. A wide range of sources and literature on this problem were involved and analyzed. The conditions and stages of the origin and formation of the judiciary on the territory of Ukrainian lands are characterized. The main features of the judicial system of Kyivan Rus, Lithuania, Poland and the Commonwealth of Independent States, Zaporizhzhya Sich, and the Hetmanate were considered. The chronological framework is defined taking into account the most important transformations in the history of Ukraine and the evolution of the judiciary, which, thanks to reforms in the second half of the 19th century. and nowadays it becomes modern, efficient and corresponds to the best European models. On the other hand, the counter-reform of the tsarist government at the end of the 19th century, the Soviet judicial system led to a crisis and regression in the field of justice. The significant role of the judicial system for the effective existence of Ukraine as an independent, democratic country has been proven. | |
