    У статті розглянуто питання боротьби з корупцією у сфері безпеки та оборони, яке набуває особливої актуальності. Корупційні схеми можуть негативно вплинути на бойову готовність, комплектність військ та постачання армії. Систематичне викорінення корупції потребує участі не лише правоохоронних органів, а й внутрішньої роботи, що охоплює свідому позицію самих військовослужбовців. Викриття корупції має бути елементом патріотизму та відданості військовій присязі. Створення середовища, де військові не бояться повідомляти про корупційні схеми, є важливим кроком на шляху до подальшого розвитку військової культури та етичних стандартів в Збройних Силах України. The article considers the issue of combating corruption in the security and defense sector, which is gaining particular relevance. Corruption schemes can negatively affect the combat readiness, completeness of troops and supply of the army. Systematic eradication of corruption requires the participation of not only law enforcement agencies, but also internal work, which includes the conscious position of the military personnel themselves. Exposing corruption should be an element of patriotism and devotion to the military oath. Creating an environment where military personnel are not afraid to report corruption schemes is an important step towards the further development of military culture and ethical standards in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

    У публікації розглянуто захист трудових прав викривачів корупції. Прояви корупції присутні майже в усіх сферах суспільного життя, а тому для ефективної боротьби з таким негативним явищем, в Україні, як і в багатьох країнах світу, існує інститут викривачів, що запроваджений в нашій країні ще у 2014 році, коли парламент ухвалив базовий закон про боротьбу з корупцією. З метою підвищення ефективності антикорупційних заходів в країні, необхідно приділяти значну увагу щодо підвищення рівня обізнаності серед населення та працівників про їх можливі права та гарантії як викривачів та про надзвичайно важливе значення викривання корупції в організаціях, де вони працюють. Також, важливо активізувати інформаційні кампанії та освітні програми для формування позитивного ставлення до викривачів. The publication deals with the protection of the labor rights of corruption whistleblowers. Manifestations of corruption are present in almost all spheres of public life, and therefore, in order to effectively combat such a negative phenomenon, in Ukraine, as in many countries of the world, there is an institute of whistleblowers, which was introduced in our country back in 2014, when the parliament adopted the basic law on fight against corruption. In order to increase the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures in the country, it is necessary to pay considerable attention to raising the level of awareness among the population and employees about their possible rights and guarantees as whistleblowers and about the extremely important importance of exposing corruption in the organizations where they work. Also, it is important to activate information campaigns and educational programs to form a positive attitude towards whistleblowers.
