    У статті розкрито теоретичні засади стратегії розвитку організації. Розглянуто основні кроки програмної діяльності: аналіз стану закладу освіти та його підсистем; цілепокладання та розроблення концептуальної моделі розвитку закладу освіти; розробляння комплексу заходів та плану їх реалізації; впровадження програми стратегічного розвитку закладу освіти; підведення підсумків програмної діяльності. The article reveals the theoretical foundations of the organization's development strategy. The main steps of program activity are considered: analysis of the state of the educational institution and its subsystems; goal setting and development of a conceptual model for the development of an educational institution; development of a set of measures and a plan for their implementation; implementation of the program of strategic development of the educational institution; summarizing program activities.

    Управління стратегічним розвитком закладу освіти

    У роботі розкрито сутність, становлення та основні характеристики стратегічного менеджменту; з’ясовано нові підходи та виклики до управління стратегією розвитку сучасного закладу освіти; здійснено аналіз стану означеної проблеми у Ков’язькому ліцеї Валківської міської ради Богодухівського району Харківської області; розроблено комплексно-цільову програму з управління стратегічним розвитком закладу освіти, проведено її експертизу та визначено умови для впровадження. The work reveals the essence, formation and main characteristics of strategic management; new approaches and challenges to managing the development strategy of a modern educational institution are clarified; an analysis of the state of the identified problem was carried out in the Kovyaz Lyceum of the Valkiv City Council of the Bogodukhiv District of the Kharkiv Region; a comprehensive target program for managing the strategic development of an educational institution was developed, its examination was carried out and the conditions for its implementation were determined.

    У статті досліджено проблему стратегічного менеджменту. Розкрито теоретичні засади управління стратегічним розвитком закладу освіти; проаналізовано стан означеної проблеми у Перекіпській гімназії Валківської міської ради Богодухівського району Харківської області; розглянуто проєкт з управління стратегічним розвитком закладу, надано рекомендації щодо умов впровадження. Стратегічне управління в освіті – це сукупність рішень і дій щодо визначення та реалізації пріоритетних напрямів розвитку закладу освіти. Зазначено, що існують філософський та управлінський концептуальні аспекти стратегії розвитку організації. Синтезовано здобутки стратегічного менеджменту, управління проєктами, управління стратегічним розвитком організацій у виробничій сфері та адаптовано їх до управління закладами освіти. The article examines the problem of strategic management. The theoretical principles of managing the strategic development of an educational institution are revealed; the state of the specified problem in the Perekip gymnasium of the Valkiv city council of the Bogodukhiv district of the Kharkiv region was analyzed; the project on managing the strategic development of the institution was considered, recommendations were made regarding the conditions of implementation. Strategic management in education is a set of decisions and actions related to the identification and implementation of priority directions for the development of an educational institution. It is noted that there are philosophical and managerial conceptual aspects of the organization's development strategy. The achievements of strategic management, project management, management of strategic development of organizations in the production sphere were synthesized and adapted to the management of educational institutions.
