Б. Experimental data on bioindicational topics in conceptual combination of blocks of biodiagnostics and biotesting in an industrial region technical conditions have been summarized for further procedure of standardization of regionally approved environment quality standardization methods. Determinations of bioindicators parameters, choused in previous stages of research [2–4], were done according to the environment quality requirements of appropriate standard documents. It is proposed to apply methods of biotesting and bioindication into the ecosystem, production and resource, and sanitary-hygienical normalization blocks regarding to the system of ecology normalization and with aim of further including of proposed methods in governmental system of environment quality standartisation. As far as conditions of normalized indexes implementation into practice are unified for different blocks, following ways of their implementation into standardization processes are proposed. Biotesting methods: the presence of insecticide in mulberry leaves by silkworm caterpillars death, the presence of heavy metals in water and soil by silkworm caterpillars death, technogenic pollution of the environment by indexes of silkworm population life – mechanisms and criteria for normalization of environmental quality: limitation, certification, standardization, environmentalization, preparation of laboratory passport, and bioassay. Biotesting methods: toxicity of water, bottom sediment, drilling fluids, aqueous solutions of certain substances and their mixtures by inhibition of unicellular freshwater algae growth; the presence of pollutants in the environment by changing the state of basidiomycetes prooxidant-antioxidant system – mechanisms and criteria for normalization of environmental quality: limitation, licensing, certification, passportization, standardization, permissible capacity, the quantification of the components of the environment, biological testing. Bioindication methods: anthropogenic transformation of ecotypes by morphological variability of flowering plants; soil quality by synecologic indicators of oribatid mites communities – mechanisms and criteria for normalization of environmental quality: limitation, certification, standardization, certification, permissible capacity, the quantification of the environment components, bioindication. Bioindication methods of environment quality by indexes values of human psychophysiological state – mechanisms and criteria for normalization of environmental quality: licensing, standardization, standards of risk, environmentalization of industrial activity conditions. Methodological complex forms comprehensive conceptual approaches of monitoring programs that principally divided into biotesting and bioindication in normalization. All mentioned methods can be introduced by standartization on governmental level. Created specifications are the prerequisites for the development of state regulatory documents using these methods in modern environmental programs implemented by the principles of informing public about environment quality.
