Анотація
Присвячено актуальній проблемі підготовки педагогічних кадрів: формуванню в майбутніх учителів початкової школи професійної компетентності, створенню умов для розкриття їхнього наукового і творчого потенціалу під час навчання в закладі вищої освіти. Визначено роль науково-дослідної лабораторії як важливого підрозділу сучасного ЗВО в реалізації завдань підвищення рівня фахової підготовки педагогічних кадрів. Проаналізовано й узагальнено багаторічний позитивний досвід роботи лабораторії методичного забезпечення безперервної системної освіти «Школа — ЗВО» Харківського національного педагогічного університету імені Г. С. Сковороди в реалізації завдань розвитку освітньої системи в тісному взаємозв'язку процесів підготовки педагогічних кадрів вищої категорії (науковців і викладачів ЗВО), практиків шкільної справи (здобувачів вищої педагогічної освіти, учителів початкових класів) і навчання дітей молодшого шкільного віку. Основний вектор наукових розвідок співробітників лабораторії пов'язаний із дослідженням проблеми взаємозв'язку «мова — мовлення — література — соціум — студент — учитель — учень». Увагу приділено розкриттю розроблених й апробованих співробітниками лабораторії мовленнєвих тренінгів і продуктивних форм проведення педагогічної практики через залучення студентів до участі в педагогічній студії та проєкті «Школа професійного зростання (День у школі)». Узагальнено досвід роботи лабораторії у складі університетської кафедри в закладах загальної середньої освіти. Серед провідних напрямів її діяльності щодо підвищення рівня фахової підготовки вчителів початкової школи визнано проведення семінарів-практикумів і методичних консультацій, уведення в освітній процес нетрадиційних форм роботи, апробацію підручників, методичних і навчальних посібників, створених співробітниками лабораторії. Результати впровадження розроблених у лабораторії напрямів і форм роботи підвищення фахової компетентності здобувачів вищої освіти і педагогічних працівників різного рівня кваліфікації свідчать проїх ефективність.
The article is dedicated to the topical problem of teaching staff training: the formation of professional competence in future primary school teachers, the creation of conditions for revealing their scientific and creative potential while studying at a higher education institution. The role of the scientific research laboratory as an important unit of modern higher education institutions in the implementation of the tasks of increasing the level of professional training of pedagogical personnel is defined. The article analyses and summarizes years of positive work experience of the continuous system education laboratory «School — Higher educational establishment» H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University in the field of implementation of the tasks aimed at the ensuring the real development of the educational system in the close interconnection between the processes of training pedagogical personnel of the highest category (scientists and higher educational institution professors), practitioners of school education process (graduates of higher pedagogical education establishment, primary school teachers) and providing instruction of the primary school students (children of primary school age). The main vector of scientific investigations by the laboratory staff members is related to the study of the problem of the correlation «language — speech — literature — society — student — teacher — student». The article allocates considerable attention to the disclosure of speech trainings developed and tested by the laboratory staff members as well as it focuses on productive forms of pedagogical practice implemented through the involvement of students in the pedagogical studio and the «School of Professional Growth (Day at School)» project. The work experience of the laboratory as a part of the university department on the basis of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 26 is summarized. Among the leading areas of the university department activity which are aimed at the increase of the teachers’ professional training level there should be mentioned the organization of workshops and methodical consultations, the introduction of non-conventional forms of work into the educational process of primary school students, as well as the approval of textbooks, methodical and teaching aids developed by the laboratory staff members. The results of the approbation of the directions and forms of work developed by the laboratory staff members which are aimed at the improvement of the professional competence of higher education establishment graduates and pedagogical employees of various qualification levels testify to their effectiveness.
