Анотація
The article is devoted to the problem of professional training of specialists in the social sphere. The author developed a logical structure for conducting an experimental study on the training of future social pedagogues and social workers for the prevention of student maladjustment, which provided for the implementation of five consecutive stages and methodological support for its implementation, as well as a system of criteria (motivational and valuable, affective-conative, cognitive-instrumental and professional activity competence) and corresponding indicators (interest and need to prevent student maladjustment; professional worldview as a basis for the development of professional culture, peculiarities of temperament and will, which ensure the successful implementation of the prevention of student maladjustment; personal qualities necessary for working with socially vulnerable contingents, general pedagogical potential, developed social intelligence, knowledge of the organization of socio-pedagogical and social activities for the prevention of maladjustment of students in various social institutions, knowledge of the technological foundations of maladjustment prevention tations of students; professional knowledge and skills in the prevention of student maladjustment; experience of social-pedagogical and social-preventive work). Стаття присвячена проблемі професійної підготовки фахівців соціальної сфери. Автором розроблено логічну структуру проведення експериментального дослідження щодо підготовки майбутніх соціальних педагогів та соціальних працівників до профілактики дезадаптації учнів, яка передбачала реалізацію п’яти послідовних етапів та методичне забезпечення його проведення, а
також систему критеріїв (мотиваційна та ціннісна, афективно-конативна, пізнавально-інструментальна та професійно-діяльнісна компетентності) та відповідні показники (інтерес і потреба профілактики дезадаптації учнів; професійний світогляд як основа розвитку професійної культури, особливості темпераменту та волі, що забезпечують успішне здійснення профілактики дезадаптованості учнів; особистісні якості, необхідні для роботи з соціально незахищеними контингентами, загальнопедагогічний потенціал, розвинений соціальний інтелект, знання організації соціально-педагогічної та соціальної діяльності з профілактики дезадаптованості учнів у різних соціальних інституціях; знання технологічних основ профілактики дезадаптації учнів; професійні знання та вміння з профілактики дезадаптації учнів; досвід соціально-педагогічної та соціально-профілактичної роботи).
