Анотація
The article describes the essence of the concept of “professional competence of future social pedagogues and social workers to prevent maladjustment of pupils”. The conditions that ensure its formation are determined, as are its components and a reference model of a professional competence of a specialist is constructed. The experience of determining the level of readiness (professional competence) of future specialists in the social sphere is analyzed and summarized. A system of criteria and indicators was developed to determine the level of readiness of future social pedagogues and social workers to prevent maladjustment of pupils, also selected are diagnostic methods for its measurement. У статті розкрито сутність поняття "професійна компетентність майбутніх соціальних педагогів і соціальних працівників до профілактики дезадаптації учнів". Визначено умови, що забезпечують її формування, складові компоненти та сконструйовано еталонну модель професійної компетентності фахівця. Проаналізовано та узагальнено досвід визначення рівня готовності (професійної компетентності) майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери. Розроблено систему критеріїв та показників для визначення рівня готовності майбутніх соціальних педагогів і соціальних працівників до профілактики дезадаптації учнів, а також підібрано діагностичні методики для її вимірювання.
