Анотація
У статті порушено проблему розуміння свободи праці та заборони примусової праці. Автор намагається розглянути природу цих правових конструкцій. Окремо розглядається проблема порушення свободи праці в умовах коронавірусної інфекції COVID-19. Проведено аналіз досліджень науковців та висловлена власна думка з цього питання. Запропоновано шляхи вирішення актуальних питань із цієї теми. The article raises the issue of understanding freedom of labor and the prohibition of forced labor. The purpose of the article is to define the principle of freedom of labor and the prohibition of forced labor from the standpoint of modern reality. The author tries to consider the nature of these legal constructions. It is emphasized that forced or compulsory labor should not be confused with forced or compulsory labor. The problem of violation of freedom of work in the conditions of coronavirus infection COVID-19 also rises. An analysis of researchers’ research was conducted and their own opinion on this issue was provided. The ways of the decision of actual questions on this subject are offered. It is concluded that freedom of labor begins from the moment of choosing one’s future profession. It is noted that the exercise of this free choice and the prohibition to influence it is possible under a clear legal framework created by the state, which must take care of and create decent conditions for the development of citizens and the ability to protect their rights.
