Анотація
У статті на основі аналізу норм чинного законодавства та практики його реалізації, а також наукових праць представників юридичної науки досліджено основні напрямки і форми взаємодії органів екологічного контролю з органами Державної служби України з надзвичайних ситуацій в умовах воєнного стану, виявлено проблеми правового регулювання цієї взаємодії та вносяться пропозиції з підвищення його ефективності. In the article, based on the analysis of the norms of the current legislation and the practice of its implementation, as well as scientific works of representatives of administrative and legal science, the main directions and forms of interaction between environmental control bodies and the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations under martial law are investigated. Some problems of legal regulation of this interaction are revealed. The relevance of resolving these problems is due to the need for daily application of urgent, prompt measures to eliminate the consequences of hostilities on the territory of our state, as a result of which strategic and civilian infrastructure facilities are destroyed or significantly damaged, people die, and irreparable environmental damage is caused. At the same time, the current legislation that defines the competence and procedure for interaction between environmental control bodies and the emergency service has remained essentially unchanged since its adoption, and this implies the need to bring it into line with the conditions of martial law. The article makes specific proposals for its improvement.
