dc.description.abstractРозглянуто зміст післядипломної освіти як важливий чинник розвитку інклюзивної компетентності сучасного вчителя-філолога. Обґрунтовано необхідність включення інклюзивної компетентності вчителів мов і літератури до складу їхньої професійної компетентності в цілому. Запропоновано зміст інклюзивного складника післядипломної освіти вчителів філологічних дисциплін, зокрема іноземних мов. На рівні перспектив подальшого дослідження проблеми розвитку інклюзивної компетентності вчителів мов і літератури виокремлено роботу з розроблення інклюзивного складника модулів різних тем навчальної програми курсів підвищення кваліфікації вчителів цієї категорії. Рассмотрено содержание последипломного образования как важный фактор развития инклюзивной компетентности современного учителя-филолога. Обоснована необходимость включения инклюзивного компетентности учителей языков и литературы в состав их профессиональной компетентности в целом. Предложено содержание инклюзивной составляющей последипломного образования учителей филологических дисциплин, в том числе иностранных языков. На уровне перспектив дальнейшего исследования проблемы развития инклюзивнй компетентности учителей языков и литературы выделены работу по разработке инклюзивной составляющей модулей различных тем учебной программы курсов повышения квалификации учителей этой категории. Postgraduate education of teachers is a special p la ce am ong the prio rities of modern education. The developm ent o f teachers of philological disciplines ’ inclusive com petence as a component o f their professional competence is defin ed as a logical and purposeful process of qualitative changes in p ro fessio n a l knowledge, skills, and motives, pr fessio naland personal qualities. Purpose. To highlight the content of inclusive com ponent f postgraduate education for philological disciplines teachers. Results. The content of the topic «Inclusive education: problems and perspectives», which is read to all categories of students o f a dvanced training courses (in particular, teachers of philological disciplines) was compared with the topic «Inclusive education: problems and prospects of teaching a foreig n language to children w ith special educational needs». Originality. A com parative analysis show s that the content o f the latter topic is broader, practically oriented and aime data separate category o f teachers. E xtension o f the content o f the topic is due to the association w ith the recom mendations on the training of different categories of children with special educational needs a n d inform ation about the legal frame work of the organization of inclusive education. In addition, it should be noted that during m astering a theme «Scientific and methodological principles of teaching fo reig n languages a t different age stages», w hich is an integral partofforeign language teachers’ postgraduate education, a separate aspect is the disclosure o f the content of the continuity of pre-school and primary education in the organization inclusive education fo r children w ith special educational needs. During the training sessions «A Modern Lesson in the Context of Competency Approach», the attention o f teachers is drawn to the issue of planning a lesson in the presence o f children w ith special developm ent in the classroom. A separate topic of the programmer of courses for foreign language teachers ’ a dvanced training is the them e «System of work with pupils with difficulties in learning a foreign language». Conclusion. Today the introduction o f the inclusive com ponent of postgraduate education of philology disciplines teachers, in particular foreign languages, has been launched. We believe that the prospect of further scientific research in the direction of the outlined problemmay become the possibility of working out an inclusive com ponent in modules of various topics of the curriculum of courses for philological disciplines teachers.uk_UA.UTF-8
