Анотація
У публікації визначено зміст підвищення професійної компетентності фахівців інклюзивно-ресурсних центрів у післядипломній освіті. Сучасна післядипломна освіта, крім надання знань, має прищепити здатність самостійно засвоювати знання, оволодівати потрібною інформацією і творчо осмислювати її. З 01 серпня 2018 року в Харківській області було створено Ресурсний центр з підтримки інклюзивної освіти при КВНЗ «Харківська академія неперервної освіти», а також почали створюватись Інклюзивно-ресурсні центри в регіонах області, основним завданням яких є забезпечення системного кваліфікованого супроводу осіб з особливими освітніми потребами. Зазначено, що змістом підвищення професійної компетентності фахівців інклюзивно-ресурсних центрів у післядипломній освіті можуть бути участь педагогів у освітніх проєктах, Школах, стартапах, педагогічних майстернях, тимчасових мобільних творчих групах, семінарах (вебінарах) тощо; популяризація інклюзивного навчання на курсах підвищення кваліфікації; надання адресної допомоги педагогам з актуальних питань, а також осучаснення змісту реалізації інноваційних форм, технологій, методів науково-методичної роботи осучаснення змісту реалізації інноваційних форм, технологій, методів науково-методичної роботи. The publication defines the content of professional promotion competence of specialists of inclusive resource centers in postgraduate education. Modern post-graduate education, in addition to providing knowledge, should instill the ability to independently acquire knowledge, master the necessary information and creatively interpret it. From August 1, 2018, a Resource Center for Inclusive Education Support was established in the Kharkiv Region at the Kharkiv Academy of Continuing Education, and Inclusive Resource Centers also began to be created in the regions of the region, the main task of which is to provide systematic qualified support for persons with special educational needs. It is noted that the content of increasing the professional competence of specialists of inclusive resource centers in postgraduate education can be the participation of teachers in educational projects, schools, startups, pedagogical workshops, temporary mobile creative groups, seminars (webinars), etc.; popularization of inclusive education at professional development courses; provision of targeted assistance to teachers on topical issues, as well as modernization of the content of the implementation of innovative forms, technologies, methods of scientific and methodical work; modernization of the content of the implementation of innovative forms, technologies, methods of scientific and methodical work.
