Анотація
У публікації проаналізовано менеджмент кар’єрного зростання вчителя. Професійний розвиток учителя є основою його службового зростання. Саме досягнення високого рівня майстерності відкриває перед учителем сходи кар’єри у галузі освіти. Види кар’єрного зростання (горизонтальний та вертикальний) щільно взаємопов’язані, оскільки високий рівень професіоналізму вчителя створює надійну платформу для просування в піраміді управління. Зазначено, що конкурентоздатність педагога забезпечується його високим рівнем фахової підготовки, статусом та рейтинговим місцем у професійному середовищі; позначається високою затребуваністю. У свою чергу, конкурентоздатність педагогів зумовлює конкурентоспроможність освітніх послуг, закладу та системи освіти в цілому; безпосередньо впливає на підготовку учнів до успішної професійної діяльності в ринкових умовах, що робить її надзвичайно важливою складовою діяльності вчителя.
The publication analyzes the management of a teacher's career growth. The professional development of a teacher is the basis of his professional growth. It is the achievement of a high level of mastery that opens the career ladder for a teacher in the field of education. The types of career growth (horizontal and vertical) are closely interconnected, as a high level of teacher professionalism creates a reliable platform for advancement in the management pyramid. It is noted that the teacher's competitiveness is ensured by his high level of professional training, status and ranking place in the professional environment; is characterized by high demand. In turn, the competitiveness of teachers determines the competitiveness of educational services, the institution and the education system as a whole; directly affects the preparation of students for successful professional activity in market conditions, which makes it an extremely important component of the teacher's activity.
