Анотація
У статті розглядаються концептуальні засади дослідження інтеркультурної комунікації та її значення в сучасному світі. Проаналізовано існуючі наукові погляди на культуру та комунікацію як феномени соціалізації особистості. Культура розглядається як феномен, який включає індивідуальні, історичні, соціальні та інші зв’язки, пов’язані з контекстом сприйняття та процесами мислення. Аргументовано думку про те, що культурні відмінності людей можуть бути фактором непорозуміння. Розкрито поняття інтеркультурної комунікації, в основі якої лежить єдність культури та комунікації. Інтеркультурна комунікація розуміється як процес взаємодії різних культур, що розгортається з метою встановлення конструктивних взаємин під час спілкування. Схарактеризовано особливості перебігу процесу інтеркультурної комунікації, зокрема, показано, що комунікативна поведінка людей, що належать до різних культур визначається саме впливом культури, тому інтеркультурна комунікація супроводжується проблемами, зумовленими культурними відмінностями. Інтерес викликають дослідження соціокультурних та соціально-психологічних факторів і детермінант, які забезпечують позитивні процеси, що виникають у інтеркультурній комунікації й актуалізують питання про необхідність діалогу культур. Діалог культур відображає позитивні тенденції інтеркультурної комунікації представників різних культурних верств. Доведено актуальність розширення інтеркультурної взаємодії здобувачів вищої освіти в полікультурній простір сучасного соціуму. Наголошено на важливості наявності навичок інтеркультурної комунікації для ефективного провадження академічної мобільності. Висунуто думку про необхідність пошуку сучасних та ефективних засобів формування навичок інтеркультурної комунікації як компонента професійної компетентності здобувачів вищої освіти.
The article examines the conceptual foundations of the study of intercultural communication and its significance in the modern world. The existing scientific views on culture and communication as phenomena of personality socialization are analyzed. Culture is considered as a phenomenon that includes individual, historical, social and other connections related to the context of perception and thought processes. The opinion that cultural differences of people can be a factor of misunderstanding is argued. The concept of intercultural communication, which is based on the unity of culture and communication, is revealed. Intercultural communication is understood as a process of interaction between different cultures, which unfolds in order to establish constructive relationships during communication. The peculiarities of the process of intercultural communication are characterized, in particular, it is shown that the communicative behavior of people belonging to different cultures is determined precisely by the influence of culture, therefore intercultural communication is accompanied by problems caused by cultural differences. Of interest are studies of sociocultural and sociopsychological factors and determinants that ensure positive processes that arise in intercultural communication and actualize the question of the need for cultural dialogue. The dialogue of cultures reflects the positive trends of intercultural communication of representatives of different cultural strata. The relevance of expanding the intercultural interaction of higher education students in the multicultural space of modern society is proven. The importance of having intercultural communication skills for the effective implementation of academic mobility is emphasized. The opinion is put forward about the need to find modern and effective means of forming intercultural communication skills as a component of the professional competence of higher education students.
