dc.description.abstractОбрунтовано, що важливим стратегічним напрямом підготовки майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери в умовах сучасних цивілізаційних викликів – є необхідність переходу суспільства на рівень сталого розвитку є формування готовності майбутніх соціальних педагогів, соціальних працівників до професійної діяльності зі стимулювання до сталого розвитку представників різних соціальних груп, з якими вони взаємодіють у професійній діяльності. Доведено важливість удосконалення методологічних, технологічних і методичних засад підготовки майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери відповідно до вимог і викликів сьогодення. It has been substantiated in the article that an important strategic direction of the training of future experts of social sphere in conditions of modern civilization challenges — the necessity to move society up to the level of sustainable development is formation their readiness to develop and implement the system of social and educational activities with a view to encourage various social groups’ representatives to sustainable development. Social pedagogues and social workers, who take part in the implementation of the state social and educational policy, should clearly understand the main strategic goals of modern civilization development and promote forming the subjectivity of individual who is a key element of the social community at all levels. They should be able to promote the formation of various social groups’ representatives as the subjects of life and responsible social subjects who are capable of conscious creation of their own and social life on the basis of understanding fundamental laws of sustainable progressive development of the individual, society and civilization. This requires improvement methodological, technological and methodical fundamentals of the training of future specialists of social sphere, forming their capacity for the organization and management by the activity in this direction with a view to move social groups up to the level of self-organization and self-management, when they work consciously to improve personal and public life as well as stimulate others people to such activity. In this regard perspective direction is the development of an integrated system of training of future experts of social sphere which would facilitate their own moving to the level of sustainable development and self-development (both personal and professional) as well as improve their capacity to implement developmental vector of social and educational activities in accordance with of today’s requirements and challenges.uk_UA.UTF-8
