dc.description.abstractУ статті визначено критерії віднесення галузей промисловості до високотехнологічних, проаналізовано стан та динаміку національного ринку високотехнологічної продукції, встановлено, що співвідношення між його складовими майже не змінюються у часі, залишаючись вкрай низьким у загальній структурі ВВП. Охарактеризовано основні високотехнологічні галузі української економіки; розкрито особливості їх функціонування та проблеми подальшого розвитку. Проаналізовано інноваційну активність підприємств високотехнологічної сфери, доведено їх позитивну динаміку. Досліджено зміни обсягу експорту високотехнологічної продукції Україною, встановлено, що цей показник зменшується, незважаючи на стрімке зростання експорту повітряних та космічних літальних апаратів, а також супутнього устаткування. Визначено високий ресурсний потенціал для розвитку високотехнологічного сектору економіки України, запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення його ефективності. The article defines the criteria for assigning industries to high-tech, analyzes the state and dynamics of the national market of high-tech products, it is established that the ratio between the components of high-tech production almost does not change over time and remains extremely low in the overall structure of GDP. It was determined that the peculiarity of the development of the market of high technologies in Ukraine is its significant lag both from the markets of highly developed countries and from the world market as a whole. The main high-tech branches of the Ukrainian economy are characterized – the manufacture of computers, electronic and optical products, basic pharmaceutical products and preparations, aircraft and spacecraft; the features of their functioning are revealed, the reasons of the low indicators of products’ sales in these spheres are determined and the problems that restrain their further development are formulated. The innovative activity of the high-tech enterprises was analyzed, it was found out that the pharmaceutical industry institutions are the ones most developing and implementing innovations in the industry, while in the production of computers, electronic and optical products, every fourth enterprise sells new products for the market and more than half of the innovative products are exported. The dynamics of the volume of exports of high-tech products by Ukraine was investigated and it was established that this indicator decreases, despite the rapid growth of exports of aircraft and spacecraft and related equipment. The high resource potential for the development of hightech sector of the Ukrainian economy has been determined, measures have been proposed to increase its efficiency and increase the share of high-tech complex in the national economy.uk_UA.UTF-8
