dc.description.abstractУ кваліфікаційній роботі на основі аналізу психолого-педагогічної літератури досліджено проблему розвитку емоційного інтелекту молодших школярів під час ранкових зустрічей: розкрито поняття про емоційний інтелект особистості та особливості розвитку емоційного інтелекту у молодшому шкільному віці; висвітлено значення, функції та структурні компоненти ранкової зустрічі в початковій школі; виявлено можливості ранкових зустрічей для розвитку емоційного інтелекту молодших школярів. З метою встановлення обізнаності вчителів початкових класів про розвиток емоційного інтелекту молодших школярів під час ранкових зустрічей розроблено анкету та проведено анкетування. Практичне значення магістерського дослідження полягає в розробці програми ранкових зустрічей, яка спрямована на розвиток емоційного інтелекту молодших школярів та методичних рекомендацій для вчителів щодо розвитку емоційного інтелекту молодших школярів під час ранкових зустрічей, які забезпечують підвищення рівня самосвідомості та саморегуляції, покращення комунікаційних навичок у дітей. Програму укладено за тематичними блоками: «Самопізнання», «Управління емоціями», «Емпатія», «Співпраця в команді». Реалізація кожного блоку передбачає обговорення емоцій, рольові ігри, спрямовані на розвиток емпатії та комунікаційних навичок, вправи на саморегуляцію (дихальні техніки, релаксаційні методики). In the qualification work, based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the problem of the development of the emotional intelligence of younger schoolchildren during morning meetings was investigated: the concept of the emotional intelligence of the individual and the peculiarities of the development of emotional intelligence in the younger school age were revealed; the meaning, functions and structural components of the morning meeting in primary school are highlighted; the possibilities of morning meetings for the development of emotional intelligence of younger schoolchildren were revealed. In order to establish the awareness of primary school teachers about the development of emotional intelligence of younger schoolchildren during morning meetings, a questionnaire was developed and a questionnaire was conducted. The practical significance of the master's research consists in the development of the program of morning meetings, which is aimed at the development of emotional intelligence of younger schoolchildren and methodological recommendations for teachers regarding the development of emotional intelligence of younger schoolchildren during morning meetings, which ensure an increase in the level of self-awareness and self-regulation, improvement of communication skills in children. The program is structured according to thematic blocks: "Self-discovery", "Management of emotions", "Empathy", "Cooperation in a team". The implementation of each block involves a discussion of emotions, role-playing games aimed at developing empathy and communication skills, self-regulation exercises (breathing techniques, relaxation techniques).
