Анотація
У формуванні та розвитку лідерських якостей у студентів у системі вищої освіти особливе значення має орган Студентського самоврядування. Найважливішим чинником концептуальних основ розвитку лідерських якостей молоді у діяльності студентського самоврядування є наявність безперервних якісних змін, що дозволяють говорити про перехід студентського колективу з керованої організації до самокерованої. При цьому рушійною силою процесу розвитку студентського самоврядування є розвиток особистості кожного студента, що сприяє розвитку їх лідерських якостей. У першому розділі визначено теоретичні засади розвитку лідерських якостей студентів педагогічних спеціальностей в осередку студентського самоврядування: проаналізовано студентське самоврядування як педагогічну проблему; охарактеризовано процес розвитку лідерських якостей студентів педагогічних спеціальностей в осередку студентського самоврядування. У другому розділі наведено результати експериментального дослідження розвитку лідерських якостей студентів-першокурсників факультету початкового навчання в осередку студентського самоврядування: проаналізовано діяльність Студентської ради у межах виховної роботи на факультеті початкового навчання ХНПУ імені Г. С. Сковороди; наведено методику проведення експериментального дослідження розвитку лідерських якостей студентів-першокурсників факультету початкового навчання в осередку студентського самоврядування. У дослідженні визначено, що ефективними педагогічними умовами розвитку лідерських якостей студентів у діяльності студентського самоврядування є: педагогічний вплив на систему мотиваційно-ціннісних орієнтацій студентів, що дозволяє формувати лідерську позицію кожного студента; цілеспрямоване залучення студентів до спеціально організованої діяльності студентського самоврядування, що сприяє розвитку їх лідерських якостей; розробка та впровадження у діяльність органів студентського самоврядування сучасних технологій, тренінгів, проєктів, що сприяють розвитку лідерських якостей студентів; набуття досвіду лідерської поведінки та відповідальності лідера за прийняття рішень та їх реалізацію; реалізація безперервного педагогічного моніторингу розвитку лідерських якостей студентів у діяльності студентського самоврядування. У висновках доведено, що студентське самоврядування – це ефективний засіб реалізації завдань підготовки фахівців, які відповідають сучасним вимогам ринку праці, суспільства і особистості. Насамперед, це стосується випускників, у яких буде сформовано потребу в реалізації лідерських якостей. Зміна вектору діяльності студентського самоврядування полягає у набутті соціально-практичного характеру, що зумовлений необхідністю свідомого, відповідального ставлення студентів до можливостей і перспектив своєї професійної та лідерської самоорганізації й участі в соціальному управлінні.
In the formation and development of leadership qualities of students in the system of higher education, the body of Student Self-Government is of particular importance. The most important factor in the conceptual foundations of the development of leadership qualities of youth in the activity of student self-government is the presence of continuous qualitative changes that allow us to talk about the transition of the student body from a managed organization to a self-managed one. At the same time, the driving force of the process of development of student self-government is the development of the personality of each student, which contributes to the development of their leadership qualities. In the first chapter, the theoretical foundations of the development of leadership qualities of students of pedagogical specialties in the center of student self-government are determined: student self-government as a pedagogical problem is analyzed; the process of development of leadership qualities of students of pedagogical specialties in the center of student self-government is characterized. The second chapter presents the results of an experimental study of the development of leadership qualities of first-year students of the Faculty of Elementary Education in the center of student self-government: the activity of the Student Council within the framework of educational work at the Faculty of Elementary Education of the H. S. Skovoroda KhNPU; the method of conducting an experimental study of the development of leadership qualities of first-year students of the faculty of elementary education in the center of student self-government is given. The research determined that the effective pedagogical conditions for the development of students' leadership qualities in the activities of student self-government are: pedagogical influence on the system of motivational and value orientations of students, which allows forming the leadership position of each student; purposeful involvement of students in specially organized activities of student self-government, which contributes to the development of their leadership qualities; development and implementation of modern technologies, trainings, and projects that contribute to the development of students' leadership qualities in the activities of student self-government bodies; gaining experience in leadership behavior and the leader's responsibility for decision-making and their implementation; implementation of continuous pedagogical monitoring of the development of leadership qualities of students in the activities of student self-government. The conclusions prove that student self-government is an effective means of implementing the tasks of training specialists who meet the modern requirements of the labor market, society and the individual. First of all, this applies to graduates who will develop a need for the realization of leadership qualities. The change in the activity vector of student self-government consists in the acquisition of a socio-practical character, which is due to the need for a conscious, responsible attitude of students to the possibilities and prospects of their professional and leadership self-organization and participation in social management.
