| dc.description.abstract | У роботі досліджується діяльність держави, спрямована на охорону пам’яток історії та культури починаючи з проголошення незалежності й до сьогоднішнього дня. Значну увагу приділено аналізу етапів формування вітчизняного законодавства у цій сфері та імплементації до нього норм міжнародного права. У роботі розкрито конкретні кроки щодо охорони пам’яток історії та культури в нашій державі й звернута особлива увага на період повномасштабного вторгнення російської федерації в Україну, коли це питання набуло найбільш актуального значення. The work examines the activities of the state aimed at the protection of cultural and historical monuments starting from the declaration of independence to the present day. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the stages of formation of domestic legislation in this area and the implementation of norms of international law to it. The work reveals specific steps regarding the protection of cultural and historical monuments in our country, and special attention is paid to the period of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, when this issue became most relevant. | |
