Анотація
У статті здійснено аналіз особливостей житлового забезпечення працівників поліції у європейських раїнах. Досліджено особливості здійснення оренди, а також набуття права власності на житло працівниками поліції у Франції, Польщі та Литовській Республіці. Запропоновано конкретні шляхи адаптації позитивного досвіду зазначених країн у сфері житлового забезпечення працівників поліції у реаліях України. The article examines the peculiarities of the organization of housing for police officers in a number of foreign countries, including France, Poland and the Republic of Lithuania. Based on the study, the author developed specific recommendations, taking into account the positive experience of foreign countries, to change the existing system of housing for police officers in Ukraine. Thus, taking into account the specified foreign experience of the organization of housing of police officers, it is necessary to develop separate two directions of such providing: 1) maintenance of hire (rent) of housing by police officers; 2) providing a real opportunity to buy housing by police officers in private ownership. Provision of rent (lease) of housing by police officers should be organized as follows. Police officers are provided with rented housing as follows: 1) by providing housing for rent, at the expense of communal housing funds; 2) by providing housing for rent, from among the reserved living areas, which are reserved for private persons and provided to the police for use. With regard to the purchase of housing by police officers in private ownership, it is necessary to provide police with a real opportunity to preferential purchase of housing in communal ownership, as well as at the request of the relevant territorial community, free privatization of such housing.
