Анотація
У роботі досліджуються сутність та значення соціального інтелекту як багатокомпонентної структури в сучасній психології та особливості його розвитку в юнацькому віці. Проаналізовано науково-теоретичні концепції та підходи до вивчення соціального інтелекту в зарубіжній та вітчизняній психології. В процесі експериментального дослідження виявлено особливості соціального інтелекту в юнацькому віці. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз показників соціального інтелекту та здатностей до встановлення міжособових стосунків та прийняття інших людей. За психодіагностичною методикою Дж. Гілфорда «Соціальний інтелект» переважаючими є середні показники рівня соціального інтелекту в групі досліджуваних. Результати дослідження за методикою «Діагностика прийняття інших» за шкалою В. Фейя також переважаючими є середні показники. Результати діагностики за методикою «Опитувальника міжособистісних відносин» У. Шутца: високі показники отримано у більшості досліджуваних за шкалами «Тенденція знаходитися в товаристві інших людей»,«Бажання, щоб інші виявляли інтерес до індивіда і приймали його до свого кола»; «Тенденція підкорятися іншим в спілкуванні». В результаті статистичного аналізу нами було виявлено що соціальний інтелект корелює з результатам з шкалою «Тенденція встановлювати близькі відносини з іншими» та шкалою «Тенденція знаходитися в товаристві інших людей». Результати діагностики зумовили необхідність розробки програми по розвитку соціального інтелекту для юнацького віку, яка спрямована на підвищення рівня комунікативної компетентності, сприяє соціальному розвитку, особистісному зростанню та удосконалення компонентів соціального інтелекту. The work presents essence and significance of social intelligence as a multicomponent structure in modern psychology and features of its development in adolescence are investigated. Scientific-theoretical concepts and approaches to the study of social intelligence in foreign and domestic psychology are analyzed. In the process of experimental research revealed the features of social intelligence in adolescence. According to the psychodiagnostic method, J. Guilford's test "Social Intelligence" is dominated by the average level of social intelligence in the study group. According to the results of the study on the method of "Diagnosis of acceptance of others" on the scale of W. Fey also dominated by averages. Results of diagnostics according to the method of "Questionnaire of interpersonal relations" by W. Schutz: high results were obtained in most of the subjects on the scales "Tendency to be in the company of other people", "Desire for others to show interest in the individual and accept him into their circle"; "Tendency to obey others in communication" As a result of statistical analysis, we found that social intelligence correlates with the results of the scale "Tendency to establish close relationships with others" and the scale "Tendency to be in the company of other people." The results of the diagnosis necessitated the development of a program for the development of social intelligence in students. The "Social Intelligence Development Program" for adolescents aims to increase the level of communicative competence, promote social development and personal growth and improve the components of social intelligence. A comparative analysis of indicators of social intelligence and the ability to establish interpersonal relationships and accept other people. A program for the development of social intelligence in adolescence, aimed at increasing the level of communicative competence, social and personal growth, improving the components of social intelligence.
