Abstract:	У роботі проведено аналіз теорії й практики управління розвитком комунікативної культури вчителя. Уточнено її суть і структуру, схарактеризовано засоби розвитку комунікативної культури вчителя; визначено зміст діяльності адміністрації закладу освіти щодо її розвитку. Розроблено комплексно-цільову програму з удосконалення означеного аспекту управління. The analysis of the theory and practice of management of development of communicative culture of the teacher is carried out in the work. Its essence and structure are specified, to characterize means of development of communicative culture of the teacher; the content of the activity of the administration of the educational institution in relation to its development is determined. A comprehensive and targeted program to improve this aspect of management has been developed.
