Abstract

У роботі розкрито особливості закладу дошкільної освіти й управління ним; визначено сутність понять «розвиток закладу дошкільної освіти» та «управління розвитком закладу дошкільної освіти»; здійснено аналіз стану базового закладу дошкільної освіти й управління ним; розроблено комплексно-цільову програму з управління розвитком закладу дошкільної освіти; проведено її експертизу та обґрунтовано умови для впровадження. The peculiarities of the preschool institution and its management are revealed in the work; the essence of the concepts «development of preschool education institution» and «management of preschool education institution development» is determined; the analysis of a condition of an institution of preschool education and its management is carried out; developed a comprehensive and targeted program to manage the development of preschool education; its examination was carried out and the conditions for implementation were substantiated.
