    Formation of professional readiness of future specialists in social sphere for prevention of maladjustment among pupils

    The article analyzes innovative ideas on formation of professional readiness of future specialists in social sphere for the prevention of maladjustment of pupils. Substantiated is the choice of methods and means in the course of their preparation within the framework of the designed educational, which ensures the development of professionally significant personal characteristics and qualities and the increase of their professional competence level in preventive work with maladjusted pupils. У статті проаналізовано інноваційні ідеї з формування професійної готовності майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери до профілактики дезадаптації учнів. Обґрунтовано вибір методів і засобів у процесі їхньої підготовки у межах спроектованого освітнього середовища, що забезпечує розвиток професійно-значущих особистісних характеристик та якостей і зростання рівня їхньої професійної компетентності в профілактичній роботі з дезадаптованими учнями.

    RESOURCE PROVISION IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE CONDITIONS OF NEW SOCIAL RISKS

    The purpose of this study was to identify the main ways to provide social assistance to restore the resource potential of victims of emergencies (military conflicts, the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, etc.), as well as to highlight the features of training future specialists in the social sphere to deal with new social risks. The study used methods of scientific analysis and generalization, as well as comparing the experience of domestic and foreign researchers and social practitioners who worked with vulnerable contingents in overcoming the consequences of emergencies. The focus is on generalizing the results of the experience of training future specialists in the social sphere to work within an environment of new social risks. Based on the conducted research, it was concluded that for the professional activity of social sector specialists in resource provision in the conditions of new social risks, it is important to direct social assistance to restore the physical, mental and social health of people at all six levels of health, taking into account the peculiarities of their age, social status, as well as ethnic features and the context of the social problem. The main directions of relevant social work with victims of emergency situations have been defined: work on strengthening the family’s potential, establishment of useful social connections in a new environment, the use of art therapy practices to normalize the psychosomatic state of clients, the use of ethnocultural means to increase the possibilities of social adaptation in new conditions. Very important in the preparation of future specialists for the relevant work is the practice-oriented training on the basis of specialized social institutions working with victims in emergency situations, as well as mastering special techniques of self-development and professional self-improvement to increase one’s own resource potential. Метою даного дослідження було визначити основні шляхи надання соціальної допомоги для відновлення ресурсного потенціалу постраждалих від надзвичайних ситуацій (військових конфліктів, наслідків пандемії COVID-19 тощо), а також висвітлити особливості підготовки майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери до протидії новим соціальним ризикам. У дослідженні використано методи наукового аналізу та узагальнення, а також порівняння досвіду вітчизняних і зарубіжних дослідників та соціальних практиків, які працювали з вразливими контингентами у подоланні наслідків надзвичайних ситуацій. Основна увага приділяється узагальненню результатів вивчення досвіду підготовки майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери до роботи в умовах нових соціальних ризиків. На основі проведеного дослідження зроблено висновок про те, що для професійної діяльності фахівців соціальної сфери з ресурсного забезпечення в умовах нових соціальних ризиків важливим є спрямування соціальної допомоги на відновлення фізичного, психічного та соціального здоров'я людей на всіх шести рівнях здоров'я з урахуванням особливостей їхнього віку, соціального статусу, а також етнічних особливостей та контексту соціальної проблеми. Визначено основні напрямки відповідної соціальної роботи з постраждалими від надзвичайних ситуацій: робота над зміцненням потенціалу сім'ї, налагодженням корисних соціальних зв'язків у новому середовищі, використання арт-терапевтичних практик для нормалізації психосоматичного стану клієнтів, використання етнокультурних засобів для підвищення можливостей соціальної адаптації в нових умовах. Дуже важливим у підготовці майбутніх фахівців до відповідної роботи є практико-орієнтоване навчання на базі спеціалізованих соціальних установ, що працюють з постраждалими в умовах надзвичайних ситуацій, а також а також оволодіння спеціальними техніками саморозвитку та професійного самовдосконалення для підвищення власного ресурсного потенціалу.

    Training of future specialists in the social field to perform social work management

    The article defines the content and gives the structure of the training of future specialists in the social field to perform social work management. An analysis of educational and methodological support for the formation of defined general and special competencies of future social workers before the implementation of social work management is proposed. A description of the theoretical and practical methods used for the formation of the defined program learning outcomes according to the methodology of the developed training course based on duality is given. У статті визначено зміст і подано структуру підготовки майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери до здійснення менеджменту соціальної роботи. Здійснено аналіз навчально-методичного забезпечення формування визначених загальних і спеціальних компетентностей у майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери. Подано опис теоретичних і практичних методів, використаних для формування визначених програмних результатів навчання за методологією розробленого навчального курсу на засадах дуальності.
