    У статті розглянуто права на допиті осіб з вадами. Зазначено, що чинним законодавством не передбачена обов‘язковість залучення відповідного перекладача (сурдоперекладача) у кримінальному провадженні для особи, яка самостійно не може реалізовувати всі свої права. Висловлена думка, що законодавець має переглянути положення ст. 68 КПК України та доповнити її положенням про те, що залучення перекладача (сурдоперекладача) є обов‘язковим під час проведення допиту особи з вадами. Такий крок дозволить максимально захистити права та законні інтереси осіб з вадами. The article examines the rights to interrogation of persons with disabilities. It is noted that the current legislation does not provide for the obligation to involve an appropriate interpreter (sign language interpreter) in criminal proceedings for a person who cannot exercise all his rights on his own. The expressed opinion is that the legislator should revise the provisions of Art. 68 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and supplement it with the provision that the involvement of an interpreter (sign language interpreter) is mandatory during the interrogation of a person with disabilities. Such a step will allow to maximally protect the rights and legitimate interests of persons with disabilities.
