Анотація
У статті розкрито сучасні інтерактивні методи навчання дорослих, зокрема методи з використанням інформаційних та комунікаційних технологій. Зокрема здійснено аналіз таких методів навчання дорослих: цифрова модерація, інтерактивне опитування «Криголам», інтерактивна сесія питання-відповідь (Q&A-Sessions), інтерактивний мозковий штурм, представницький відгук – право голосу аудиторії, метод шести капелюхів, ігрові методи навчання дорослих, ігрові бізнес-симулятори, ігри-квести, класична вікторина, проведення інтерактивних конференцій, семінарів, тренінгів та навчання, освітні ігри (Minecraft, Lego Serious Play), інтерактивна групова робота World Café, метод інтерактивного навчання Акваріум (Fishbowl), виставки, перевернуті заняття, перевернуті заняття-відео, «розморожування» глядачів – Ice Breaker, позування, соціометрія, розв’язування проблемних завдань, візуалізація змісту.
В статье раскрыты современные интерактивные методы обучения взрослых, в частности методы с использованием информационных и коммуникационных технологий. Осуществлен анализ таких методов обучения взрослых: цифровая модерация, интерактивный опрос «Ледокол», интерактивная сессия вопрос-ответ (Q&A-Sessions), интерактивный мозговой штурм, представительный отзыв - право голоса аудитории, метод шести шляп, игровые методы обучения взрослых, игровые бизнес-симуляторы, игры-квесты, классическая викторина, проведение интерактивных конференций, семинаров, тренингов и обучения, образовательные игры (Minecraft, Lego Serious Play), интерактивная групповая работа World Café, метод интерактивного обучения Аквариум (Fishbowl), в иставкы, перевернутые занятия, перевернутые занятия-видео, «размораживания» зрителей - Ice Breaker, позирование, социометрия, решение проблемных задач, визуализация содержания. Introduction. The constant boom in information and communication technologies is driving the development of economic, social structures and education. General education becomes an endless education. Learning opportunities become accessible to all people, regardless of nationality, gender or age. The countries of Europe and the world actively use modern information and communication technologies in the adult learning process.
Purpose. The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of interactive teaching methods and the possibility of using modern electronic applications in the adult learning process..
Methods. The study used general scientific methods. They are: induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, analogy, generalization, systematization and classification. We also used a comparative method to consider common and distinct adult learning arrangements in diferent countries.
Results. Modern interactive teaching methods for adults have been discovered in the article. Methods using information and communication technologies have been analyzed. They are: digital moderation, interactive icebreaking, Q & A-sessions, interactive brainstorming, representative response - audience voting, six-hat method, adult learning methods, game business simulators, games- quests, classic quiz, interactive conferences, seminars, trainings and training, educational games (Minecraft, Lego Serious Play), interactive group work World Café, interactive training method Aquarium (Fishbowl), exhibitions, inverted classes, inverted lessons- video, Defrost viewers - Ice Breaker, posing, sociometry, problem solving, content rendering and etc.
Originality. For the first time, the methods of interactive adult learning using the latest science have been described. The offered interactive methods are a combination of traditional methods of pedagogy and modern information and communication technologies.
Conclusion. Lifelong learning has become part of the development of modern society. Adults seek to learn blocks of theoretical material, develop their skills and abilities, and become part of the research process. The practical realization of this desire is ensured by the use of modern interactive methods of adult learning. A modern educator in the field of adult education should not become a "repeater" of knowledge, but a moderator of the process of cognition and development of adult learners.
